The one and only purpose of this website and the printed booklet is to educate you about what the scientific community already knows: what constitutes a healthy diet and what does not - information that has been suppressed, denied, misinterpreted and hushed as much as possible because it's bad for a lot of existing food manufacturers. It's high time to put the overwhelming misrepresentation and outright lies to rest and enable everyone, especially those feeding children, to make truly informed choices when it comes to choosing what we eat.
The concept for this website was born out of one parent's frustration with rampant misinformation regarding what constitutes a healthy diet by the modern world at large. Everyone seems to have an opinion and new "diets" are popping up daily, much to the chagrin of those who keep abreast of actual scientific nutritional research. In this time of rapidly growing obesity rates, waistlines, cancer rates, diabetes, and heart disease, there should be a free and easily-accessible source of what truly makes up a healthy diet and what does not, backed by properly conducted medical studies and nutritional research. People and especially parents responsible for feeding their children, our next generation, should not have to guess or in essence conduct their own "experiments" as to what will be the healthiest diet for them and their children.
With that information accurate and freely available, you are now truly empowered to make the best decisions that will work for your family.
Here's to your health!
